In this paper, the authors give versions of the Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorem for perturbed multivalued mappings in the setting of Banach spaces. More precisely, they study the existence of fixed points for the perturbation of a multivalued mapping by another mapping (which can be either singlevalued or multivalued). Singlevalued perturbations are assumed to be contractive, while multivalued ones are condensing or countably condensing. The proofs of the results rely on the following multivalued fixed point theorem proved in [\textit{C. J. Himmelberg}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 38, 205--207 (1972; Zbl 0225.54049)]: \textbf{Theorem.} Let \(X\) be a Hausdorff locally convex linear topological space and \(M\) be a nonempty, closed, and convex subset of it. Suppose that \(F\) is an upper semicontinuous multivalued mapping defined on \(M\) and taking as values nonempty, closed, and convex subsets of \(M\). If \(F(M)\) is relatively compact, then there exists \(x \in M\) such that \(x \in F(x)\).
