The objective of the article is to construct an explicit example of metrics on two-dimensional manifolds such that their geodesic flow is completely integrable. In the two-dimensional case, the problem is to find a first integral, which is functionally independent of the energy (Hamiltonian). This is a classical problem already treated by one of the authors in other papers. Specifically, this article addresses the question of finding explicit conformal metrics with a first integral which is rational in the moment and of degree one. The condition of Poisson commuting, written in an appropriate form leads to finding two conjugate harmonic functions and solving a differential equation involving the conformal factor. By constructing explicit solutions in terms of Bessel functions it is possible to exhibit several examples.
