The Bianchi-Cartan-Vranceanu spaces (BCV-spaces) are three-dimensional Riemannian manifolds with four-dimensional isometry group. Several authors study the geometry of surfaces in BCV-spaces [\textit{S. Montaldo} and \textit{A. Pámpano}, Int. J. Math. 32, No. 4, Article ID 2150025, 16 p. (2021; Zbl 1475.58008); \textit{Y. Soc. 15, 401--487 (1983; Zbl 0561.57001); \textit{I. M. Roussos}, Publ. Inst. Math., Nouv. Sér. 43(57), 137--142 (1988; Zbl 0651.53004)]. In this paper, the authors study the extension a classical result of Bour concerning helicoidal surfaces in the three-dimensional Euclidean space \(\mathbb{R}^{3}\) to the case of helicoidal surfaces in BCV-spaces. The principal objective in this paper is to prove that in BCV-spaces there exists a two-parameter family of helicoidal surfaces isometric to a given helicoidal surfaces which have constant mean curvature, including minimal surfaces.
