Pascal matrices \(P_n(x)\) are generalized to functional matrices. Generalized formulas are derived using exponential families of all permutations and the restricted sequences of polynomials of binomial type. Pascal functional matrices are generalized for two and three variables. The generalized forms are defined and proved.
