The purpose of this work is to provide for the first time an analysis of the spectrum of honeycomb structures in magnetic fields with constant flux. Graphene is a two-dimensional material that consists of carbon atoms at the vertices of a hexagonal lattice and has unusual properties, taking a lot of attention in physics, etc. The electron spectrum of a model of graphene is a Cantor set, and a quantum graph is a model of graphene in magnetic fields. A rigorous foundation for self-similarity is provided by showing that for irrational fluxes and a complete analysis of the spectrum. The Schrödinger operator is defined on a metric honeycomb graph and is a direct sum. It is shown that, if the reduced magnetic flux \(/2\pi\) through a honeycomb is irrational, the continuous spectrum is an unbounded Cantor set of Lebesgue measure zero.
