Fix a prime number \(p\). The author constructs a many variable \(p\)-adic Eisenstein measure on the symplectic group over the rationals, which interpolates \(p\)-adically the Fourier expansion of Siegel-Eisenstein series (Theorem 4.3 and 4.4). The proof is based on explicit computations of the Fourier expansions à la Siegel, Shimura and Feit. Section 4 contains an application to the \(\Lambda\)-adic Klingen-Eisenstein series. Here the author constructs (in cooperation with K. Kitigawa) a \(p\)-adic measure coming from the Klingen-Eisenstein series.
