The Sturm-Liouville problem \[-y''+qy=\lambda ry\] on the finite interval $[0,T]$ is considered with boundary conditions $y'(0)=hy(0)$ and $y'(T)=-Hy(T)$ and interior discontinuity conditions $y(b_k+0)=d_{k1}y(b_k-0)$, $y'(b_k+0)=d_{k2}y'(b_k-0)+d_{k3}y(b_k-0)$, where $k=1,\dots ,N-1$, $N\ge 2$ for $0< b_{1} < \dots < b_{N-1} < T.$ Here $q\in L^1(0,T)$ is complex valued and $r(x)=a_k^2, x\in [b_{k-1},b_k)$ ($b_0=0, b_N=T$). Also $h, H, a_k, d_{kj}$ are complex valued. The inverse spectral problem of unique determination of $q, h, H, d_{kj}$ from two spectra and from the Weyl $m$-function is considered.
