The aim of the paper is the study of the relationship between the harmonic measure of a domain and the geometry of its boundary. For instance, if \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) is an open set and if the unit normal vector to \(\partial\Omega\) has vanishing mean oscillation (i.e., it is in VMO), then the Poisson kernel behaves like the Poisson kernel on \(C'\) domains.
