The author considers an \(n\)-dimensional Lorentzian manifold \(M\) admitting a pair of skew-symmetric null Killing vector fields, which define a commutative left-invariant pairing. The \((n-2)\)-dimensional spatial distribution orthogonal to the pair of Killing vectors is involutive and its leaves are totally geodesic and pseudoisotropic. It is shown that for \(n=4\) the general space-time \(M\) is of type \(D\) in the Petrov classification, and that the spatial surfaces which foliate \(M\) are totally geodesic and pseudo-isotropic. Some properties of the Debever congruence are indicated.
