Let \(R=k[[X_1,\ldots,X_n]],\) where \(k\) is a field. This article is a sequel of their previous article by the authors. In this article the authors establish a relation between the order ideals of minimal generators and annihilator ideals of \(R\) (Proposition 1.3). The authors introduce the concept of \(*\)-orthogonality (Definition 2.1). By using syzygy theorem (Theorem 2.4), the authors give constraints on the size and height of a \(*\)-orthogonal set of a finitely generated module in a non-free \(R\)-module (Theorem 2.8). As an application, the authors give the binomial behaviour of syzygy rank (Theorem 3.3, Corollary 3.4).
