An interval [x,y] of a lattice is said to be meet-regular if x is the meet of the dual atoms of [x,y]. Join-regular intervals are defined dually. An interval [x,y] of an upper bound lattice is said to be upper if y is the greatest element of the lattice. The meet-regularity and the join-regularity of upper intervals in lattices of finite length are considered and related to some complementedness conditions.
