The author proves that the possibility of continuous functions interpolation, with relatively sparse interpolation nodes, but with high accuracy, leads to obtaining results on the impossibility of representing continuous functions in a certain class, by superpositions of continuous functions in a possibly different class. The relationship between the number of interpolation nodes and the approximation accuracy lies at the heart of his approach.
