The authors propose a new iteration method for solving nonlinear inverse problems where the linearized problem in each Newton step is solved by Landweber iteration. They present a convergence analysis for exact and noisy data, including results on the rate of convergence that require certain restrictions on the nonlinearity and a stopping rule for the iteration. Some numerical examples are also discussed. | |||
