The authors introduce a nonlinear version of the Kantorovich sampling type series in a nonuniform setting. By means of this series they are able to reconstruct signals (functions) which are continuous or uniformly continuous. Further, the convergence behavior in the setting of Orlicz spaces is also studied. The theory is applied to \(L^p\)-spaces, interpolation spaces and exponential spaces etc. Some graphical examples are also provided.
