The purpose of this article is to introduce a new technique to solve 2-D Navier-Stokes equations (1). First, several two-dimensional Green functions are introduced in order to find a solution to the Stokes problem (2). Then, several similar theorems concerning bounds for the solutions of (1) and (2) are proved. Finally, a similar approach is applied to two linearized Navier-Stokes problems and to a perturbed Navier-Stokes equation. The proofs use Cauchy-Schwarz, Gagliardo-Nirenberg, Hölder inequalities, Galerkin approximation, integration by parts, Gronwall lemma, Fatou, Calderon-Zygmund and Beppo Levi theorems.
