Let \(H\) be a finite-dimensional Hopf algebra over a field. Assume that \(H\) acts on a finite-dimensional algebra \(A\) such that \(A/A^H\) is \(H^*\)-Galois and \(A\# H/A\) is separable. The following results are proved: 1) \(A\) is a Cohen-Macaulay finite algebra if and only if so is \(A\# H\). Moreover, in this case the relative Auslander algebras of \(A\) and \(A\# H\) have the same global dimension; 2) The triangular matrix Artin algebra \(\Lambda\) with entries \(A^H\), \(A\) and \(A\# H\) is a Gorenstein Artin algebra if and only if so is \(A\). If this is the case, the finitely generated Gorenstein-projective modules over \(\Lambda\) are described.
