The author studies cohomological operations between oriented cohomology theories over a field of characteristic \(0\), and generalizes the results of \textit{A. Vishik} [Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér. (4) 52, No. 3, 561--630 (2019; Zbl 1439.19005)] for additive operations to a more general situation. A theory \(A^*\) is said to be of rational type if \(A^*\simeq\Omega^*\otimes_\mathbb{L}A^*(k)\) is obtained from algebraic cobordism by change of coefficients, or equivalently is a free theory in the sense of \textit{M. Levine} and \textit{F. Morel} [Algebraic cobordism. Berlin: Springer (2007; Zbl 1188.14015)]. The main result (Theorem 5.1) states that, if \(A^*\) is a theory of rational type and if \(B^*\) is \(K\)-theory to Chow groups.
