The problem on the existence of \(T\)-periodic solutions of Riccati equations of the form \[ \dot z=a(t)z^2+b(t)z+c(t) \] in the complex plane, where \(a\), \(b\), and \(c\) are \(T\)-periodic, is considered. The main theorems present results on the existence of two such solutions. They are based on Denjoy-Wolf fixed point theorem and some geometric considerations.
