Let \((X,T) \) be a Hausdorff locally convex space and let \(\lambda\) be a space of scalar valued sequences containing \(c_{00},\) the space of all finitely non-zero sequences. A series \(\sum_{j}x_{j}\) of elements of \(X\) is called \(\lambda\)-multiplier convergent if \(\sum_{j}t_{j}x_{j}\) converges in \(X\) for all \(t=(t_{j}) \in\lambda.\)\ The space of all series with this property is denoted by \(X(\lambda) \). The aim of the authors is to study topological properties of \(X(\lambda) \). For that, they endow \(\lambda\) with a K-topology \(\tau_{0}\) (i.e., the coordinate functionals \((t_{j}) \rightarrow t_{i}\) will be \(\tau_{0}\)-continuous for all \(i\in\mathbb{N}\)), such that the following two conditions are satisfied. (I) \((\lambda,\tau_{0}) \) has the section uniform bounded property (i.e., for each bounded subset \(B\subset\lambda\), the set \(\{ (t_{1} ,\dots,t_{n},0,\dots) \mid t\in B\), \(n\in\mathbb{N}\} \) is bounded). (II) \((\lambda,\tau_{0}) \) has the quasi 0-gliding hump property defined as follows. A sequence \((t^{(k) }) \) of elements of \(c_{00}\) is called a block sequence if there exists an index sequence \((n_{k}) \) with \(t^{(k) }=(0,\dots,0,t_{n_{k-1}+1}^{(k) },\dots,t_{n_{k}}^{(k) },0\dots) \). The K-space \((\lambda,\tau_{0}) \) is said to have the quasi 0-gliding hump property if for each bounded block sequence \((t^{(k) }) \) and each scalar null sequence \((s_{k}),\) there exists an index sequence \((n_{k}) \) such that the coordinatewise sum \(\sum _{k}s_{n_{k}}t_{n_{k}}\) is in \(\lambda.\) It turns out that under the assumptions \((\text{I}) \) and \((\text{II}) \) the family of seminorms \(P_{B}(x) :=\sup\{ P(\sum _{j}t_{j}x_{j}) \mid(t_{j}) \in B\} \) (here \(B\) is a bounded subset of \((\lambda,\tau_{0}) \) and \(P\) is a continuous seminorm on \((X,T\text{)}) \) defines a Hausdorff locally convex topology \(\tau_{\mathcal{B}}\) on \(X(\lambda)\). The authors then prove some theorems which describe properties of \((X(\lambda) ,\tau_{\mathcal{B}})\), namely, sequential completeness, uniform boundedness principle, Banach--Steinhaus property, uniform convergence property.
