The cumulative entropy for a non-negative absolutely continuous random variable \(X\) with distribution function \(F\) is defined as \({C_F} = - \int_0^{ + \infty } {F(x)\log F(x)dx} \). The authors consider relationships of the cumulative entropy and its quantile function with the income gap ratio, Lorenz curve, Gini index, Bonferroni curve, and Zenga using two real data sets -- the personal income per capita for 2019 of 58 counties in California and 11 counties in Arizona.
