    This paper gives a new one-to-one correspondence between Baxter permutations and three non-intersecting paths, which unifies results of \textit{G. Viennot} [J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 31, 43-55 (1981; Zbl 0493.05001)] and \textit{R. Cori}, \textit{S. Dulucq}, and \textit{G. Viennot} [J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 43, 1-22 (1986; Zbl 0662.05004)].
