    Summary: Le principe de \textit{V. V. Batyrev} and \textit{Yu. I. Manin} [Math. Ann. 286, No. 1--3, 27--43 (1990; Zbl 0679.14008)] et ses variantes donnent une interprétation conjecturale précise pour le terme dominant du nombre de points de hauteur bornée d'une variété algébrique dont l'opposé du faisceau canonique est suffisamment positif. Comme l'a clairement montré le contre-exemple de \textit{V. V. Batyrev} and \textit{Y. Tschinkel} [Int. Math. Res. Not. 1995, No. 12, 591--635 (1995; Zbl 0890.14008)] la mise en œuvre de ce principe nécessite l'exclusion de domaines d'accumulation qui sont le plus souvent déterminés en procédant par récurrence sur la dimension de la variété. Cette méthode ne donne cependant pas de critère direct permettant de dire si un point rationnel donné doit être exclu ou pas. L'ambition de cet article est de définir une mesure de la liberté d'un point rationnel de sorte que les points d'une liberté suffisante se répartissent effectivement de manière uniforme sur la variété, c'est-à-dire qu'ils soient distribués sur l'espace adélique associé à la variété conformément à la mesure de distribution adélique introduite dans un article antérieur de l'auteur. De ce point de vue, les points assez libres devraient être ceux qui respectent le principe de Batyrev et Manin.
