This is a sequel to the author's paper [Math. Ann. 328, 261--283 (2004; Zbl 1053.57021)], where the universal order 1 (Vassiliev) invariant of a regular homotopy class of immersions of a closed orientable surface into 3-space was described as the direct sum of countably infinite \(\mathbb Z\)-valued invariants and two \(\mathbb Z_2\)-valued invariants \(M\) and \(Q\). The explicit formula for \(Q(j)-Q(i)\) was studied in his paper [J. Differ. Geom. 58, 421--455 (2001; Zbl 1032.57030]). In this paper, the author determines: (1) explicit formulas for \(\mathbb Z\)-values of all \(\mathbb Z\)-valued components of the universal invariant for all immersions (Formula 4.1); (2) \(M(ih)-M(i)\) where \(h\) is a diffeomorphism of the surface such that \(i\) and \(ih\) are regularly homotopic (Formula 4.2); and (3) \(M(e')-M(e)\) for any two regularly homotopic embeddings \(e\) and \(e'\) (Formula 4.3).
