The authors investigate a three-dimensional dynamic equation of the cyclic form \[ x^\Delta(t) = a(t) y^\alpha(t), \quad \quad y^\Delta(t) = b(t) z^\beta(t), \quad\quad z^\Delta(t) = - c(t) x^\gamma(t) \] on time scales. The paper contains several theorems about existence of solutions with certain properties, e.g.\ being (almost) oscillatory, asymptotic oscillatory or of ``Kneser'' type.
