    The paper gives necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of stability controllers simultaneously for two or more plants. Also, a parametrization of all such controllers (if they exist) is given. The main results (stated for the case of two plants) represent a generalization of the Youla parametrization of stability controllers in terms of an arbitrary stable proper transfer function.
