Let \(G\) and \(H\) be Abelian topological groups, where \(G\) is equipped with an orthogonality relation; further on, a \(\sigma\)-algebra of subsets of \(G\) is given. Under some additional assumptions on the groups \(G\) and \(H\), the authors decompose measurable functions \(f:G\to H\) which are orthogonally additive modulo a discrete subgroup of \(H\) into continuous additive and continuous quadratic parts (modulo the subgroup).
