The paper aims at the derivation of coupled evolution equations of charge carriers, momentum, energy and the evolution equations of heat flux and charge carrier flux in deformable, extrinsic semiconductor in the framework of extended irreversible thermodynamics (EIT). The explicit forms of the above equations have been obtained using, among others, the linear Onsager theory in the analysis of entropy inequality.
