    It is proved that if a partially integral Markov semigroup has only one invariant density \(f_*\) and \(f_*>0\) almost everywhere, then it is asymptotically stable. This result is applied to transport equations connected with diffusion and jumping processes and randomly perturbed dynamical systems.
