Some results of finite projective planes (Q1592193): Difference between revisions

The paper is a survey of some work on finite projective planes, in particular semifield planes, done by a group of mathematicians in Krasnoyarsk since 1985. In particular, the authors point out that they have confirmed the conjecture that such a plane has a solvable collineation group in several special cases, e.g. for semifield planes of rank 2 or 4 over a field of even order.
