Let \(P\) be a black-box perturbation of the positive Laplacian operator on \(\mathbb R^d\) and \(R(\lambda)=(P-\lambda^2)^{-1}\) the associated resolvent operator such that \(\lambda\in\mathbb C\setminus\{0\}\) and \(\arg(\lambda)\in (0,\pi)\).
