The paper presents the convergence theories of modulus-based matrix splitting iteration methods for the nonlinear complementarity problem of \(H\)-matrices under weaker conditions of splitting and a larger convergence domain. A numerical example arising from the discretization of the boundary problems is provided to show the advantages of the convergence theorems.
