The authors study the magnetic Schrödinger operator \[ H_0 = - \frac{\partial^2}{\partial x^2} + \Big( - i \frac{\partial}{\partial y} - b x \Big)^2, \qquad b > 0, \] in \(\mathbb{R}_+ \times \mathbb{R}\), equipped with Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions, i.e., a half-plane counterpart of the Landau Hamiltonian. A decaying electric potential \(V\) is added to this operator and the spectral shift function associated to the pair \((H_0 + V, H_0)\) is investigated. The main result provides the asymptotic behavior of the spectral shift function as the spectral parameter approaches a spectral threshold of \(H_0\). The proofs are based on pseudodifferential analysis.
