The study of invariants and symmetries of real hypersurfaces in complex space is important in Several Complex Variables. The condition of the Levi-nondegeneracy of a real hypersurface is crucial. In this paper, the authors obtain a complete convergent normal form for everywhere 2-nondegenerate real-analytic hypersurfaces in complex 3-space. The main difficulty is that 2-nondegenerate hypersurfaces can not be treated in a manner of Chern-Moser. This paper provides a new technique to overcome such difficulty and gives the first development of Moser's homological method to the class of infinite Catlin multitype hypersurfaces. As an application, a characterization of sphericity for an everywhere 2-nondegenerate hypersurface is established.
