The author classifies surfaces in Lorentz 3-space \(\mathbb{R}^ 3_ 1\) which are simultaneously minimal with respect to the pseudo-Euclidean structure of this space and with respect to the equi-affine differential geometry. Additionally, it is assumed that the affine metric on the surface is itself timelike, i.e. Lorentzian. All these surfaces are translational, and every member of the list can be parametrized explicitly, using elementary functions.
