The author considers symplectic \(V\)-manifolds. They are a generalization of irreducible symplectic manifolds. Very few examples of irreducible symplectic manifolds are known. Symplectic \(V\)-manifolds may have quotient singularities and therefore are much easier to construct. In this paper, the author considers a class of irreducible symplectic \(V\)-manifolds of dimension 4, namely the relative Prym variety of a family of genus 3 curves admitting an involution. This \(V\)-manifold admits a Lagragian fibration. The author characterizes the dual fibration and studies the moduli space of such Lagragian fibrations.
