The paper is devoted to the investigation of the fixed point property (fpp) of chain-complete and conditionally antichain-complete (caccc) posets. The authors show that the question whether a connected caccc poset \(P\) has the fpp can be transferred to the investigation of the same question for some subsets of \(P\) constructed by an ANTI-perfect sequence of \(P\) (especially to the ANTI-core of \(P)\).
