Two vertex-disjoint directed cycles in some digraph are said to be complementary if they span the vertex set of the digraph. Given a \(k\)- regular bipartite tournament \(B\) and a specified arc \((u, v)\), the authors prove there exists a pair of complementary directed cycles \(C_ 1\) and \(C_ 2\) such that \(C_ 1\) has length four and contains the arc \((u, v)\), while \(C_ 2\) has length \( | V (B)| -4\).
