Let \(n_1,\dots,n_k\) be given positive integers. The author proves several sufficient conditions that there exist integers \(a_1,\dots,a_k\) which can serve as offsets of a system of residue classes \(\{a_i\pmod{n_i}\}_{i=1}^k\) possessing the property that every integer belongs to at most \(m,m\in{\mathbb N}\), of these classes. These conditions are in terms of numbers of couples \(\{i,j\}, 1\leq i<j\leq k\) with \((n_i,n_j)=d\) provided \(d\) is a modulus of a residue class of a minimal system of residue classes with \(k-1\) classes and covering \(\mathbb N\) at least \(m\) times.
