Let \(H\) be a polynomial of degree \(m+1\) on \({\mathbb C}^2\) such that its generic fiber is biholomorphic to \({\mathbb C}^*\), and let \(\omega\) be an arbitrary polynomial \(1\)-form of degree \(n\) on \({\mathbb C}^2\). Then the complete abelian integral of \(\omega\) over a cycle of a level set of \(H\) is a polynomial having not more than \([(n+1)m/2]\) isolated zeros, where \([\,\cdot\,]\) stands for the integer part of the given number.
