It is investigated the global Hopf bifurcation of periodic solutions to the system of two integro-differential equations describing the dynamics of a neural netlet of activation and inhibition with continuously distributed delays. Naturally in the corresponding differential system [\textit{K. Gopalsamy} and \textit{I. Leung}, Physica D 89, No. 3-4, 395-426 (1996; Zbl 0883.68108)] are presented integral terms with kernels depending on the differences of arguments taking into account the distributed delays. At the usage of the results of \textit{J. C. Alexander} and \textit{G. Auchmuty} [Arch. Rat. Mech. Anal. 93, 253-270 (1986; Zbl 0596.92010)] the orbital asymptotic stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions is investigated. With the aid of the Maple-Y language the results are illustrated with numerical simulations.
