This paper is devoted to the study of completely \(L\)-regular spaces, where \(L\) is an arbitrary complete lattice. A number of pointless characterizations of such spaces is presented. Using these characterizations, an \(L\)-version of the general Tikhonov embedding theorem is proved, where \(L\) additionally satisfies the infinite distribution law. In addition, this work contains continuous \(L\)-real functions from Hutton-compact spaces, completeness of \(C(X,\mathbb{R}(L))\) and lower order axioms for the \(L\)-line.
