The authors analyze the connection between quantum integrable systems and algebraic geometry, realized in the case of the Brauer loop model and its geometric counterpart, the Brauer loop scheme. It is known that the type of symmetry of the geometric object induces the boundary conditions of the integrable system. In previous works, the case has been studied in which the symmetry of the Brauer loop scheme is governed by an \(\hat{A}\)-type algebra and the Brauer loop model has periodic boundary conditions, while in this paper, the case of a \(\hat{C}\) algebra and relative consequences on the boundary conditions are considered.
