    For nonlinear, discrete-time systems composed by the interconnection of a number of subsystems, a descentralized model predictive control algorithm is proposed. This algorithm is based on the minimization of an integral performance index subjected to constraints of the control variables in a linear form. The paper represents a reference work for descentralized control problem.
