Let \(J_{\nu}\) be the Bessel function of first kind and of order \(\nu >0\), let \(A_{\nu}\) be the Anger function of order \(\nu\), and let \(W_{\nu}\) be the Weber function of order \(\nu\). In this paper, the computation of highly oscillatory integrals \[ \int_a^b f(x)\, K(rx)\,dx \] is discussed, where \(f\) is a sufficiently smooth function and \(K \in \{J_{\nu},\, A_{\nu},\,W_{\nu}\}\). For \(r\gg 1\), these integrals become highly oscillatory. Using the homotopy perturbation method of \textit{J.-H. He} [Appl. Math. Comput. 135, No.~1, 73--79 (2003, Zbl 1030.34013)], asymptotic formulas of these integrals are given with corresponding error bounds. In the case \(|r_1 - r| \gg 1\), this method is applied to the computation of \[ \int_a^b f(x)\, \cos (r_1 x)\, J_{\nu}(rx)\,dx \] too. Numerical examples are presented.
