The paper deals with the numerical solution of the problem of the motion of a mass point under unilateral constraints (e.g. a point connected with a fixed point by a string, the string needs not be extended). The author gives a formal model, and an approximation of it is used in the numerical solution. For the solution of the problem the so called reduction method (using the theory of equations with small parameters) is used. Results of numerical experiments are given.
