For a knot \(K\) in the three sphere, it is known that the family of the colored Alexander polynomials, or the ADO polynomials \(\{\mathrm{ADO}_r(A,K)\}_{r\in\mathbb N^*},\) determines the family of the colored Jones polynomials \(\{\mathrm{J}_n(q,K)\}_{n\in\mathbb N^*}.\) This paper provides the reversed direction that the colored Jones polynomials determine the ADO polynomials. More precisely, the author defines a two variables knot invariant \(F_{\infty}(q,A,K),\) which unifies the family of the colored Jones polynomials \(\{\mathrm{J}_n(q,K)\}_{n\in\mathbb N^*}\) and the family of the ADO polynomials \(\{\mathrm{ADO}_r(A,K)\}_{r\in\mathbb N^*}\) of \(K.\) As a consequence, \textbf{Result 1.} There is a well-defined map such that, for any knot \(K\) in \(S^3,\) \[ \{\mathrm{J}_n(q,K)\}_{n\in\mathbb N^*}\mapsto \{\mathrm{ADO}_r(A,K)\}_{r\in\mathbb N^*}. \] \textbf{Result 2.} In some ring completion of \(\mathbb Z[q^{\pm 1},A^{\pm 1}]\) equipped with suitable evaluation maps, for any \(0\)-framed knot \(K\) in \(S^3,\) there exists a well-defined knot invariant \(F_{\infty}(q,A,K)\) such that \[F_{\infty}(\xi_{2r},A,K)=\frac{\mathrm{ADO}_r(A,K)}{A_K(A^{2r})},\quad F_{\infty}(\xi_{2r},A,K)=\mathrm{J}_n(q^2,K),\] where \(\xi_{2r}\) is a \(2r\) root of unity and \(A_K\) is the Alexander polynomial of \(K.\) As a consequence, the author proves \textbf{Result 3.} For a \(0\)-framed knot \(K\) and any \(r\in\mathbb N^*:\) \(\bullet \) the unified invariant \(F_{\infty}(q,A,K)\) is \(q\)-holonomic; \(\bullet\) the ADO invariant \(\mathrm{ADO}_r(A,K)\) is \(\xi_{2r}\)-holonomic. Moreover, they are annihilated by the same polynomials as the colored Jones function.
