The authors consider a modification of M.A.J. Chaplain and G. Lolas chemotaxis-haptotaxis system with nonlinear diffusion, consisting of two parabolic and an ordinary differential equations. Under some assumptions, they prove global-in-time existence and uniform boundedness of solutions of the initial-boundary value problem in bounded domains of \(\mathbb R^N\) with the homogeneous Neumann conditions.
