In this paper, the authors study the isomonodromic deformations of the Okybo system \[\, (z\,I_n - T)\,\frac{d Y}{d z} = - B_{\infty}\,Y. \,\] In particular, they firstly extend this system to a completely integrable Pfaffian system of the form \[\, d\,Y=-(z I_n - T)^{-1}\,(d z + \tilde{\Omega})\,B_{\infty}\,Y \,\] on \(\mathbb{P}^1\times U\), where \(U\) is a simply-connected domain in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) and \(\tilde{\Omega}\) is an \((n \times n)\)-matrix valued 1-form. It turns out that this extended Okybo system is equivalent to the isomonodromic deformation of the former Okybo system. Then the authors show that, under some generic conditions, the space of the independed variables of the extended Okybo system can be equipped with a Sato structure (without metric) introduced by Sabbah. The obtained result allows the authors to explicitly construct the flat basic invariants for a finite irreducible well-generated complex reflection group. In addition, they illustrate their approach describing the Sato structure (without metric) corresponds to some algebraic solutions of the sixth Painlevé equation.
