The paper studies a family of 4DOF Hamiltonian systems that are perturbations of the 1:1:1:1 resonant oscillator and possess a \(\mathbb{T}^2\) symmetry. Such systems can appear from the Kustaanheimo-Stiefel regularization of perturbed Keplerian systems. After normalization and reduction of the resulting \(\mathbb{T}^3\) symmetry an 1DOF system on a semialgebraic variety is obtained. The bifurcations, in particular the saddle-center and Hamiltonian Hopf bifurcations, of the 1-parameter family are studied in this setting.
