The authors establish that for each point \(x\in SG\setminus V_0\) on the Sierpinski gasket \(SG\), with \(V_0\) denoting the analytical boundary of \(SG\), there exists a sequence of mean-value neighborhoods \(\{B_k (x)\}\) depending only on the location of \(x\) within \(SG\). Furthermore, it is shown that \(\{B_k (x)\}\) forms a system of neighborhoods of \(x\) with the property that \(\bigcap_k B_k(x) = \{x\}\). On the sequence \(\{B_k (x)\}\), fractal analogs of the mean value property for both harmonic and general functions belonging to the domain of the fractal Laplacian and satisfying natural boundary conditions are derived.
